AT&T sought Veopix to create clean minimal designs for their NFC Global Gaming Prototype that was tested among international audiences, to gain feedback for future projects and services within Near Field Communication (NFC). Why? Because they trusted our curiosity for innovation.
We created a Universal Interface Design that seamlessly stretched across multiple mobile platforms (windows, android and iOS). The process lead into exploring new ways of interaction with your smartphone (NFC chip embedded within phone) by having the gaming data included in the chip. No toys were necessary, nor a dock to connect to tv, desktop or computers. The game and app gave you access to use it anywhere on any smart device. Easy Peezy, your phone became your NFC gaming device.
The project also included the design of a Gaming Web Platform and Web Store Platform for testers. During the development process, Veopix, Developers and AT&T stayed in close contact. Reviewing wireframes, designs, and development updates on a regular basis we created an interface and an architecture that would be easily navigated by users and managed by the AT&T team efficiently and effectively. An instructional animated motion graphic commercial was designed to show testers the gaming process implementing a global universal look that did not define sex, gender or culture.
